3. Only one entry per person
4. Employees of Family Building Society and their families are ineligible to participate.
5. The prize is £250 which can be paid by transfer to your bank account or by cheque
6. The winner will be drawn randomly using a secure computer based program under independent supervision. The judge will oversee the draw and the judge’s decision is final
7. All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 7 December 2020
8. The winner will be notified by email on 7 December 2020
