Physical property valuations return with new inspection and health and safety protocols

We’re pleased to announce that since the easing of lockdown, our valuation partners, Countrywide Surveying Services, have resumed physical valuations across England.

They are currently clearing the backlog of cases that have arisen due to COVID-19, however they are working on these as quickly as possible so please bear with us.

Inspecting properties safely

As you would expect, the health and well-being of Countrywide’s surveyors, customers, home occupants and communities is a priority.

There will be an initial risk assessment for the property occupier followed by a range of questions regarding the property and its occupants.
