Important changes to our mortgage products

Great news! We've made some changes to our mortgage product range with effect from 8 April 2020:

  • We have reduced interest rates across some of our range of up to 0.3% including our Semi Exclusive products.

  • Legal Assistance has been increased on all owner occupier re-mortgages using external solicitors. Increased to £400 (up from £250).

  • We'll be lowering some of our managed mortgage rates across the range by 0.65% from 25 April 2020.

Existing Clients

  • Remember, although we have temporarily withdrawn products for new business above 60% LTV, existing Family Building Society borrowers coming to the end of a product term are still able to switch to our higher LTV products.
