Please submit your request for funds via email to LoansUnderwriting@familybsoc.co.uk or by fax to 01372 745607. We usually require five working days’ notice for release of funds (12 working days if a re-inspection is required).

Owner Occupier and Buy to Let forms

The Mortgage Deed form is to be used for a mortgage where all borrowers will also be on the title as owners of the property. If we have agreed that one or more of the borrowers will not be on the title as an owner of the property then please complete the Joint Mortgage Sole Owner Mortgage Deed form.

The Mortgage Deed form above is to be used for a Joint Mortgage Sole Owner mortgage. It should only be used where we have agreed that one or more of the borrowers is not also going to be a legal estate holder, i.e. will not be on the title deeds as an owner of the property.If all borrowers will be on the title as owners of the property, then please complete the standard Mortgage Deed form.

Guidance:The Mortgagor(s) – all those who will be on the title as owners of the propertyThe Borrower(s) – all Mortgagor(s), plus anyone else to be named on the mortgage who is responsible for repayment, but who will have no rights of ownership
