At Family Building Society, brokers are at the heart of everything we do. As our CEO often says, “Without brokers, we wouldn’t have a business.” That's why your feedback is so valuable. By sharing your experiences, you'll help us better understand the challenges and opportunities facing you and your clients, enabling us to provide the support that matters most.
The survey gives us insight into how the current economic environment is affecting your business, including the type, quality and volume of applications you're receiving, as well as your outlook for the future. We run this survey every six months, using the findings to identify emerging market trends and understand the issues that matter most to brokers. The results help inform key stakeholders within Family Building Society and contribute to wider industry discussions.
All responses are anonymous. If you'd prefer your comments not to be quoted in any materials relating to the survey findings, you can opt out at the end of the survey.
*Prize draw terms and conditions:
- The closing date is Thursday 19 November 2026 at 5pm.
- Only one entry per person.
- No purchase necessary.
- Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Family Building Society and their families are ineligible to enter.
- The prize draw is £250 which can be paid by transfer to your bank account or by cheque.
- The winner will be drawn randomly using a secure computer-based program under independent supervision. The judge will oversee the draw and the judge’s decision is final.
- Our website will be updated to confirm the draw has taken place no later than Thursday 3 December 2026. We will not publish the winner’s name to maintain their anonymity.
In these terms and conditions "we", "us" and "our" refer to Family Building Society. By entering this prize draw entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
