We've made changes to our product range, valuation fees and remortgage legal incentive

We've made some changes across our mortgage range with effect from 2 November

Owner Occupier 
• Withdrawn and replaced all fixed rate products with an increase of up to 0.20%. End dates have been extended by 3 months.
 
• Increased rates on our 3 and 5 year Family Mortgage by 0.10%. End dates have been extended by 3 months.
 
• No rate changes have been made to our discount or tracker interest rates.

Buy to Let
• Withdrawn and replaced our 3 year fixed rate with an increase of 0.30%. End dates have been extended by 3 months.
 
• No rate changes have been made to our discounted interest rates.


We’ll accept applications for withdrawn products up to and including 9 November.

We reduced our valuation fees on 1 November

We are pleased to announce changes to our valuation fees which will bring savings to your clients. This will apply for all valuations instructed from 1 November.

For our Owner Occupier products, we offer a free valuation for property values up to £500,000. For property values above £500,000, a discount of £330 applies. For our Buy to Let products, the valuation fee is payable.

Changes to our remortgage legal incentive

With effect from 2 November, our remortgage legal incentive will now give your clients the option to nominate their own solicitor when remortgaging rather than our own legal services should they prefer. If they choose their own solicitor, we will give them a £250 contribution towards their legal fees. We may withdraw/amend this offer at any time.
