The Family Mortgage is available on a repayment basis only.

This property can only be on the Island of Guernsey.

If the borrower(s) require a loan amount that exceeds 65% of the purchase price or property value (whichever is the lower) then we will also need to use a family member's property and / or savings as additional security for this mortgage. In this instance please complete the following questions in relation to the additional security.
